The Essentials: A Three-Day Live Online Seminar

This class will meet on three Saturdays: September 23, 30 and October 7, 2023
from 9:00am Pacific to 1:30pm Pacific.

Learn the foundational practices of Conscious Loving and Living in this live online class. Over three Saturdays, you’ll have the opportunity to practice the skills for aliveness that have helped thousands of people transform their lives. 

In this course, based on the Hendricks body of work, you will learn and practice concepts like:

• The Drama Triangle and Personas
• The Power of Commitment
• Yes Breath
• Befriending Your Feelings
• Blame Talk vs. Conscious Heart Talk and more…

You’ll get to play with and experience the concepts as you learn about them, so plan to participate in breakout sessions and group practices. The benefits of practice are amplified when we get to do it in community. 

In Essentials Live Online,  you will integrate practices that will expand your capacity for love, creativity, and abundance every day. These tools are practical, simple, and profound. Included in your registration is the self-led program created by Kathlyn Hendricks.

About our Facilitators:

Nicole Taylor is dedicated to supporting individuals in their personal growth and transformation. She is a Big Leap Coach, faculty for the Restoring Resourcefulness Program, a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, a Certified Vishoka Meditation Teacher, and a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. It is her life’s work to use these sciences to help people access deeper levels of well-being at home and at work. Nicole wrote the book A Joyful Pause: 52 Ways to Love Life to help people fill their lives with more connection and bring more of their whole self forward every day. She has facilitated individual and organizational trainings since 2008, including for social change organizations such as Fairmount Park Conservancy, Mural Arts Foundation, Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, Barnes Foundation, and Billions Institute.

Michele Yasuda is committed to assisting individuals with coming into integrity with who they truly are. She sees through to the essential self and awakens discovery and transformation. Whether with groups, or individuals, Michele is masterful at noticing what is wanting to emerge, and offers powerful clarity that opens gateways for expansion of consciousness. Michele is certified by the Hendricks Institute as a Big Leap Coach and is a graduate of their Leadership and Transformation Program. She is also a Licensed Agape Spiritual Practitioner where she shares consciousness tools with teenagers and young adults. Michele is the Program Director for the Hendricks Big Leap Home Online Programs and a Restoring Resourcefulness Faculty member of the Foundation for Conscious Living.
